Form1 Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Guide
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using form1's services. By using this platform, you agree to all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the form1 platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and form1 as the platform operator. This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. form1 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage individual.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on form1. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. form1 will never request your password through any external channel. All activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — remains your responsibility until you report any unauthorised access to us. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
Account Suspension & Closure
Form1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Identity verification failed or registration information found to be inaccurate.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised use of the platform.
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- The user's own request to close their account.
Where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be recoverable.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions
Users agree to use the form1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to infiltrate, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying any platform content without prior written authorisation.
- Colluding with others to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to conduct any transactions.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions with the intent to defraud the platform.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in legal action in addition to immediate account closure.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the form1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate before confirming any transaction. form1 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by the user.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the processing timeframe of the selected payment method. Withdrawals will be processed once identity verification requirements have been fulfilled. form1 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect or excess credits being applied to your account, form1 reserves the right to rectify the error by deducting the excess amount from your account balance. Users are not entitled to retain any credits received as a result of such technical errors.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods specified in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of promotion terms will be forfeited without notice.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Users acknowledge that online betting and gaming carry financial risk, and the decision to participate is entirely at the user's own discretion and responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the form1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of form1 or its licensors.
